Do not use ps2pdf.exe, use the following command:

gswin32c -dSAFER -dNOPAUSE -dBATCH -sDEVICE=pdfwrite -dPDFSETTINGS=/printer -dCOMPatibilityLevel=1.4 -dMaxSubsetPct=100 -dSubsetFonts=true -dEmbedAllFonts=true -sOutputFile=%.pdf %.ps

Then the problem will be solved.
